All metals. Softer material may not stand up to the abrasion. We can reduce pressure to a point.
Yes. However, certain geometries may not be possible. The surface needs to be able to have a hose and nozzle pointed at it. Small, inside diameters, and pocketed areas, for example, are difficult to properly blast.
We use 80 Grit Garnet. Depending on the size and type of job, we have also brought in 120 Grit Garnet (finer particles).
No preparation is required. Simply ask for a quote and bring your pieces to the plant.
All risks are managed in-house with proper PPE and process recycling infrastructure.
It is completely dependent on the size and volume of the parts. Generally, we would quote turnaround time as 2-3 days ARO based on current plant capacity.
