IPC’s corporate office includes the largest production facility in Western Canada, equipped with a separate 10,000 ft2 sand blasting bay. We process both small and large volume orders, including weights of up to 10,000 lbs.
Separate Sand
Blasting Bays
Unlike our competitors, IPC has separate sand blasting bays. This prevents dust, dirt and microparticles from contaminating the coating process.
Cutting-Edge Technology
Our blasting facility is equipped with both dust collectors and an abrasive recovery system that allows for uninterrupted blasting production, meeting production and quality demands for surface preparation.
HVAC System
Our production bays are equipped with temperature-controlled air handling units for proper ventilation and maintain stable temperature inside the bays during extreme weather conditions.
Support Equipment
Every piece of critical process equipment in our facilities – from compressors and boilers, to overhead cranes – have standby units in case of emergency. This means production is never interrupted and equipment is routinely cycled for maintenance.
Valve Servicing
IPC has an in-house valve assembly and disassembly facility that allows us to keep pace with delivery demands. Where other coating companies waste time sending valves out for preparation, we do it right here to avoid delays and deliver quick turnarounds for our customers.
